The Midland District came and raced at Watermead on Sunday the 17th May. The wind freshened during the morning forcing a change down from No 1's to No 2's.
The sun shone after the few showers!
There were 25 entries and so two fleets were raced. Three members of WMBC also took part with Sid Hunt coming 14th as the best of the three.

As you can see, the wind moved around a lot!
It was also quite gusty which caught a few skippers out.
